1. Preparation before operation

Personal protection: Wear work clothes (with cuffs tied up), protective glasses, and do not wear gloves. Long hair should be tied up and a work cap should be worn.

Equipment inspection:

Confirm that the grinding wheel has no cracks and the protective cover is secure (opening angle ≤90°).

Check whether the lubrication system, hydraulic system, and electrical grounding are normal.

Digital equipment requires additional inspection for the cleanliness of the CCD lens.

Environmental requirements: The work area should be clean and tidy, free of clutter, and well-ventilated.

II. Operating Norms

Grinding wheel management:

During installation, static balance is required. The diameter of the flange plate should be ≥1/3 of the grinding wheel, and the thickness of the gasket should be 0.3~3mm.

Test run for 5-10 minutes, and use it after confirming that there are no abnormalities.

Workpiece clamping:

When using an electromagnetic suction cup, it is necessary to check whether the workpiece is firmly suctioned.

Workpieces with complex contours require segmented projection grinding to ensure smooth connections.

Processing control:

The feed pressure should be gradually increased, and sudden feeding is prohibited.

It is forbidden to load or unload workpieces before the grinding wheel has completely stopped.

The operator should stand on the side of the grinding wheel (not directly in front).

III. Post-operation maintenance

Equipment cleaning:

Clean the workbench and optical lens (with a soft flannelette cloth and gasoline).

Apply lubricating oil to all moving parts and cut off the power supply.

Record and handover:

Any abnormal conditions must be recorded and reported for repair. Operation with defects is strictly prohibited.
